This is the must visit shop when you have a trip to Ryde. All their cakes and chocolates are made in house in this pretty little shop, with it's beautiful Apothecary drawers that date back to 1850's and individually chosen furnishings.

The owner Sue and her friend produce all the products in a small kitchen at the back of the shop. They even cater for specialist diets with many of the signature cakes being Gluten Free and they are developing a range of Dairy and Egg Free cakes.

The chocolates that Sue makes are all based on single origin Cocoa products from around the world, with which she makes traditional french style Truffles, Chocolate Cups with fresh Ganaches in a wonderful variety of flavours, and alcohol soaked fruits which are hand enrobed. You can choose any chocolate to suit your palette or a mixture for friends.
